Job Title: Certified Welder/Fabricator

Location: In Shop - 12650 Highway 67, Lakeside CA 92040 / In Field - Greater San Diego Area

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with occasional flexibility for team needs or special projects requiring overtime or Saturday hours)

Job Description: A-Absolute Construction Welding Inc. is excited to announce that we are on the hunt for motivated, skilled, and ambitious individuals to join our growing shop and field teams. Prior experience in structural steel construction is required. If you're an experienced, CERTIFIED welder who can take direction (reading blueprints is a plus but not required) we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 3 years welding experience (you will be tested)
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints a plus
• Confident in fabricating custom parts from scratch
• Consistent, clean, and presentable welds
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Strong organizational and communication skills

MUST HAVE

• Valid driver’s license
• AWS FCAW NR-232 certified welders
• Send resume if you have one
• Willingness to prove your welding ability during an in-person test
